  Horrible!! Did not honor contract. Contract said that if I had a bee problem after treatment "let us know and we will send a licensed professional to re-treat the areas you are having trouble in at no additional costs to you. This is guaranteed through the 2008 season, which runs from May through September 2008." They came yesterday (sept 16) to re-treat because we got a nest of yellow jackets. Charged me the FULL season price all over again!!! Told me yellow jackets weren't included. Meanwhile the only exclusion written in the contract was "*This service does not include honeybees". I had the retreat done because I was afraid they would get into my daughter's room. They made such loud noises through her wall. I was afraid to wait any longer. Enviro tech had me between a rock and a hard place. And took advantage of that.

  Called to evaluate Asbestos Risks. Klye came to look at the job and was as helpful as he could be. The price was fair and Alan and Will were very nice and did a great job. I would use them again should I have a need for their sevices.
