  I ordered a spinach salad. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted to add chicken for $3.00 more and I said yes. I picked up my order, paid for it and put it in the fridge when I got back to the office. When I opened the container there was no chicken in it! I called to complain and was told that they were sorry and that they would reimburse me. I couldn't find the receipt and they said if I went down they would hand me the $3.00. I was in the middle of work and couldn't leave so I had to "eat" the $3.00 charge for something I never received. All and all, the salad was "ok". I think $11.00 for a spinach salad with chicken is extremely expensive. I will NOT be going back since they can't get a simple order right. I will continue to go to Delilicious since they never, ever screw up my order and their food is plentiful. Very disappointed overall.
