  I know the food is good because I've been to the food truck. But I went to their restaurant in Troy and the service was awful. Do NOT eat here if you have evening plans. We were told a 20 minute wait in line which turned into 35. The entire time I realized no one was even really eating. The restaurant was 100% full with maybe 15% of them having food. When we were finally seated we were told our waitress would be by "in a while". We asked if the person who seated us thought we could get out of there within an hour of ordering we were told it was very unlikely. Really, over an hour to make sliders? No thanks. We left.

  This place has some awesome food. It has a pretty good relaxed vibe, I could see coming here for beers in the evening, they have a great selection of craft beers on tap. Now for the negatives, I wish I didn't have mention these two things becsuse I really want to just love these restaurants. The time it takes to get the food and the value of the items is disappointing. The quality of the food is super, that's why, in guessing, it's a bit pricey for what it is. I went with my daughter and girlfriend for lunch and we spent $75 (before tip) with three beers. It's just a little bit too expensive when I felt satisfied but that is be hungry again soon when leaving. The worst part was the wait for food, it took about an hour from walking in on a Saturday at 230 to getting our food at about 330. It took the seemingly sole waitress ten to fifteen to even get the order when the place was not seriously busy.
